How to avoid mosquito bites

Avoid mosquitos by sitting with a fan | SimplyGreater.orgGet a box fan and point it towards you
If you are relaxing with family or friends while sitting outside, you don’t want to spend all your time killing annoying mosquitoes. A good way to get rid of them is by pointing a fan at your group. Mosquitoes don’t have the ability to fly against a current of wind such as one that comes from a fan, so they’ll be blown away while you enjoy the outdoors.

I have been taking B Complex vitamins for years. I haven’t been bitten by mosquitoes or fleas. During WWII it was given to our troops to prevent mosquito bites & reducing the cases of malaria.

I learned the same thing from a nutrition expert when I was in Hawaii (land of the giant mosquito). It is actually B1 (but you need all the B vitamins so they’ll work together); it gives the human body an odor that is offensive to mosquitos. No, humans don’t smell anything. I would take a B complex every hour or two to keep the potency up when I had duty (I was in the Army there) all night. The person with me was being eaten alive (I offered); they wouldn’t even land on me.

  6. Richard Bryant says:

Oh, and since it’s water soluble, what your body doesn’t use just gets goes out (I’ll leave it there). Plus, B vitamins help the thinking process, so BONUS!
